Paying here reserves your session. Derek Shackelford confirms that this is the right work for you before he arranges a time with you by email.
If it isn't the right work for you, or you change your mind, you'll receive a full refund before your first session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, including for a first session, the session is forfeited and not refunded. Missing a session without notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, also forfeits the session. If Derek Shackelford cancels or reschedules a session, you choose a new time or a full refund. Once a session has taken place, there is no refund.
A small number of engagements are reserved each year for those for whom the fee would otherwise stand in the way. If that applies, say so when you inquire.

Derek Shackelford sends an invoice once the scope of the engagement is agreed. Each invoice carries its own reference and a secure link for payment.
