What this work is
My work focuses on interpretation inside human interaction — and the structured practice of making what actually happened visible.
Interpretation inside human interaction
Two sincere people can experience the same moment and leave with entirely different realities. Most relational distress does not begin with bad intentions. It begins when meaning breaks down and neither person realizes it happened.
When meaning collapses: apologies do not repair, explanations do not land, discussions repeat, trust erodes without clear wrongdoing.
The goal is to make the interaction visible so you can understand what actually occurred and how to move forward without guesswork.
This is not therapy and not coaching. It is structured relational interpretation.
Governing principles
We do not begin with advice.
We look for the mechanisms producing the visible pattern.
We develop better questions until the system becomes visible.
People are invited to think with us.
The goal is not dependence. It is increased interpretive capacity and coherent action.
The architecture of the work
Four interrelated dimensions of a single practice.
