Recognition → Safety → Interpretation → Integration → Orientation → Becoming
Not a linear formula, but a structured path — each stage creating the conditions for the next.
The Path of Integrative Interpretation
As you move through each stage, what once wouldn't come together begins to. The interpretation finally comes together, making the system visible and the path forward coherent.
Recognition
We do not begin with advice. We begin by accurately recognizing what is actually happening — not what was said, but what was meant, reacted to, and misinterpreted in real time.
Seeing the pattern before naming it.
Safety
Interpretation requires a condition in which the person can afford to see clearly. We establish the conditions where honesty becomes possible — with the situation, and with oneself.
Clarity requires conditions.
Interpretation
We look for the mechanisms producing the visible pattern. We develop better questions until the system becomes visible. People are invited to think with us, not told what to think.
Better questions reveal reality.
Integration
What experience has fragmented is brought together. The pieces that were scattered across time, relationships, and self-understanding begin to form a coherent whole.
What was scattered comes together.
Orientation
With the system visible and the fragments integrated, a person can orient. They understand where they are, how they got here, and what is actually in front of them.
Knowing where you stand.
Becoming
The goal is not dependence. It is increased interpretive capacity and coherent action. The person leaves not with our answers, but with a greater ability to see, interpret, and decide.
Increased interpretive capacity.
The roadmap is visible. Seeing where you are on it is the work.
The question is no longer whether the path exists. The question is whether you can recognize where you are on it.

A note about outcomes
Reaching out does not obligate you to make any immediate decision about your relationship, your role in a group, or your next step.
The purpose of the work is first understanding.
Sometimes clarity leads to repair. Sometimes it leads to a different conversation. Sometimes it simply allows a person to stop replaying the same moment in their mind.
We do not begin by deciding what you should do. We begin by making what happened understandable.
